Description

well-balanced acidity and a delicately almond-flavoured finale

Really refresing and delicious

Rather than fruit on the nose

This wine is elegant

100% Single-plot “La Pierre Aux Larrons“ planted by Henri Coutier in 1948

Folding Hill Estate Pinot Noir 2021 Producer_Waterkloof well-balanced acidity and a delicatelyFolding Hill are based in the Bendigo sub region of Central Otago. It's the project of two medics: Doctor Tim Kerruish and his wife Nikki. The wines are fantastic. The 2014 pinot has aromas of summer fruit, flowers, earth and spice. All that fruit and spice carries through to the palate, which has good tannic grip and refreshing acidity. Altogether there's a great balance between the ripe fruit and the savoury flavours.
